The calendar

Open Enrollment is coming.

Your producers need to be in place before the phones light up. Recruiting, verification, interviews, contracting and training all sit between today and the first call.

The offer

You need producers. We find them.

  1. 01We find licensed ACA producers who are already selling.
  2. 02We verify the license, the NPN and the marketplace registration.
  3. 03You interview them. They're already on your calendar.
  4. 04They sign with your agency, on your contract.
  5. 05If they don't make it 30 days, we replace them.

That is the offer. The business the producer writes is yours; NetEnroll takes no override and no split. The per-producer rate is the only charge.

Verification

Before a producer reaches your calendar, we check the basics.

You get each producer's profile in writing before the interview, so the conversation is about fit, not paperwork.

  • Active health license
  • Required non-resident licenses
  • NPN matched to license record
  • Marketplace registration
  • Existing carrier appointments where applicable
  • Candidate screening
You decide who joins your agency. We just make sure they're real.

Sourcing

This isn't a resume database. We actively recruit licensed producers.

NetEnroll runs its own outbound messaging platform. The campaign reaches health producers directly, instead of waiting for whoever answers a job board.

Already selling

Producers writing health business today, not people deciding whether to get licensed.

Changing agencies

Between agencies, or ready to be. They want somewhere to write this season.

Looking for better economics

Unhappy with their split, their lead flow or their support, and open to a better offer.

Adding ACA business

Licensed producers writing other lines who want marketplace business this Open Enrollment.

Responsibilities

We recruit them. You build the team.

Producers stay where the machine already exists. The replacement guarantee works because your agency runs the part that keeps them.

  • Management

Interviews inside two business days and something to write in the first week. A verified producer who waits takes another offer.

30-day replacement

The hire doesn't work out? We replace them.

If a signed producer is no longer with your agency after 30 days, NetEnroll recruits a replacement at no additional charge. That producer comes off your count; the campaign keeps running until the count is filled.

Questions

What agency owners ask before they fund a campaign.

Are these agents actually licensed?

Every producer is checked before they reach you: an active resident license with a health line of authority, the non-resident licenses in the states you need, the National Producer Number matched to the license record, marketplace registration, and the carrier appointments they already hold. You get it in writing.

Where do these agents come from?

They are already selling. Most are between agencies, unhappy with their split, or writing other lines and want marketplace business this season. We reach them directly through our own outbound messaging platform, not job boards.

What if an agent isn't marketplace-registered yet?

We confirm registration for the plan year, or the date the producer will complete it, before you talk to them. You decide whether that date works for your season.

Can you recruit in specific states only?

Yes. You set the states, including the non-resident licenses you need covered, and we recruit to that list.

What if you can't find my agents?

We keep recruiting until your count is filled. The campaign is measured in producers signed to your agency, so it isn't finished until they are.

What if an agent quits in the first month?

If they are not still with you thirty days after signing, tell us. That producer comes off your count and we recruit a replacement at no charge.

Why do I pay before you deliver?

Recruiting starts the day the campaign is funded. The outreach, the license checks and the screening all happen before the first producer reaches your phone. The thirty-day replacement is what protects you after they do.

Is there a minimum?

Yes. Campaigns start at five producers: $500 each from five to nine, $450 each at ten or more. There are no other fees.

How fast does it start?

Campaigns start once we have agreed your standard — states, compensation model, carrier lines and roster size — and the campaign is funded. Nothing runs before both.

Do you recruit for Medicare or final expense as well?

Yes. The process is the same; the license and appointment checks change with the line.

Do you keep any piece of what the agent writes?

No. The producer signs under your agency, on your contract. The business is yours. The per-producer rate is the only charge.

What happens after I send the form?

We reply within one business day with the schedule and the price for the count you asked for. If it is a fit, we agree the standard in writing and the campaign starts when it is funded. If it isn't, we will say so.
